The concert will start at 14:15, and will include performances from the following ensembles:
Basingstoke Area Youth Wind Orchestra
Basingstoke Area Youth Percussion Ensemble
Basingstoke Area Youth Choir
Basingstoke Area Youth Wind Training Orchestra
You can buy your tickets online at the HMS shop using the button below, or on the door (space allowing).
Performers
All musicians must sign in and out on the day via the door to the left hand side of the building (when facing the main steps), so that we know who is on site at all times in order to safeguard the children properly.
If you would like your child to leave without being collected by a parent, you must let us know in advance via email to your conductor or friendsofbayoc@gmail.com
VOLUNTEERS
We need support from parents of current performers to run these events, so if you can help with things like serving refreshments, selling raffle tickets or setting up, then please click the button below to take you to our sign up sheet.
Alternatively, if you have a current HMS DBS certificate (or equivalent) and would be prepared to chaperone the players, please email friendsofbayoc@gmail.com or contact your conductor directly.
