PROCEDURE UNDER CONSIDERATION

Exceptional or Emergency circumstance procedure:

Pupil Leaving  a concert early.

It is expected that pupils performing in concerts will remain at a concert until it's conclusion. This is respectful to other performers and enables us to safeguard pupils efficiently.

To notify an exceptional or emergency  early removal of a pupil from a concert please follow the procedure below.  We hope you appreciate that prior planning enables volunteers and staff to concentrate on their safeguarding roles.

EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES - UNDER 24 HOURS NOTICE.

A written request signed by the parent or guardian must be handed in to the person in charge of signing in at the concert.

This should state the pupil's name, conductor's name, the circumstance of the emergency and the name of the adult who will be collecting the pupil.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES - OVER 24 HOURS NOTICE.

To release a pupil from a concert early the parent or guardian must complete the online form at the bottom of this page.

This enables the administration to be completed to allow the pupil to leave early.
